Dr Madison Hoffman

Dr. Hoffman grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, and earned her veterinary degree from the Royal Veterinary College in London, England, graduating in July 2025. She joined North Star Veterinary Hospital in October 2025, bringing with her a passion for mixed animal medicine — everything from hamsters to horses!

With a special interest in exotic species and equine sports medicine, Dr. Hoffman  loves the variety that each day in practice brings. She believes in providing thoughtful, contextualized care that supports both her patients and their people, striving to make veterinary medicine the best it can be for every animal, large or small.

When she’s not caring for her patients, you’ll likely find Dr. Hoffman riding horses, exploring the outdoors on a hike, or relaxing with a good book. She shares her home with her beloved Miniature Schnauzer, Maryann, who keeps life joyful and full of personality.

Dr. Hoffman is excited to be part of the North Star team and looks forward to meeting all the animals — furry, feathered, and everything in between!
