We're pleased to offer the following services at North Star Veterinary Hospital
Our friendly staff will gladly assist you in making an appointment for your family pet. Should we not have an available appointment that fits your busy schedule, other options are available. You can use our convenient drop-off service and your pet can spend a short visit or all day in our wonderful day care facility.
We also gladly accept walk-in appointments. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open and after hours through our emergency answering service. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in to see us so that a staff member and doctor can advise you on your particular emergency.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 7 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle most any urgent care your pet has. Our emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. When possible call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our staff and veterinarians will work to best accommodate your needs with the least amount of stress in your day.
