Cheers and thank you to North Star Veterinary Hospital for taking care of my golden, Chance, in my time of grief following the loss of my mother. Chance has cancer and was not feeling well. They offered to come get Chance and take care of him while I grieved for my mother. Because I wanted him with me during this time, they brought his medicine to my home after hours.
Thank you, Margaret, Cindy, Amy, Deidra, Dr. Julie, Dr. Sanders, Dr. Kim and the whole staff that cares for both of my boys. It's truly an awesome place to care for your animals.

Cheers to North Star Veterinary Hospital of Parkton. Our horse, Red, needed surgery due to an injury, and we didn't have a trailer. No problem! She was picked up, had a successful surgery, and was brought home feeling much better. Thank you, Dr. Kim and Robert.

On Sunday after 10 p.m., I called her emergency line about my golden retriever and told her his symptoms. They had lingered through the day. She had me bring him right away, diagnosed him and prescribed his medications, and he is feeling better. Thank you for your 24-hour compassion and excellent care. Chance thanks you, too!

The team at North Star Veterinary Clinic are wonderful and caring. They explained everything to us about our puppy, and we are so excited our puppy is back home with us. Thanks again, North Star. Cheers to Dr. Kim Krivit and her assistant, Carolyn, from Northstar Veterinary Hospital. When our rescued horse, a Belgian Draft, went down in his stall and wouldn't get up and I couldn't get him up, I called the clinic and informed them of the situation. The day was very hot, and I knew Wolfie was getting dehydrated and his temp was probably going up. I didn't now how long he had been down. Dr. Krivit arrived very shortly and was able to get Wolfie up and my panic down. She is very calm and caring to her patients and understanding to the owners. They worked on him for about 1 1/2hours to get him stabilized, cooled down and feeling much better.

After my visit at North Star I have to say I am so thankful that I found them. Dr. Irwin was awesome, she answered all of my questions and really set my mind at ease when it comes to concerns I have with my dog.

When I arrived home after work, my dog Sweetsie was very sick. North Star let me bring her right in. They were upfront about treatment and potential costs, but more importantly, they genuinely cared about my girl and even noticed and cared about my stress. Sweetsie spent two days there and was not stressed from the stay like she has been at other vets. She is fine now and on a special low fat diet. The vet never tried to force me to buy there brand (I didn't, Sweetsie is a picky eater). My vet 4 life for all of my 4 legged family members! The perfect equine vet. Kim Krivit is a wonderful vet. My horse recently colicked at around 1:30 AM and Kim was right out to help him through it. She is very up front and honest about the situation, and she sincerely cares about the animals she works with. Dr. Krivit also answered all my questions and concerns. With her help, my horse pulled through and is continuing to improve every day. If you want the best for your horse, Kim Krivit is it. Anonymous
Excellent care! I took my dog in for a toenail injury and someone met us there early and they took excellent care of her and noticed another potential problem and asked me to keep an eye on it so it didn't become worse.
